Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation and Prospecting: Proactively identify and research potential clients within our target markets through various methods including networking, online research, and industry events.
* Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through compelling outreach strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and leveraging social media.
* Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Understand client business needs and challenges to effectively articulate the value proposition of our services/products and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with our company.
* Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify upselling opportunities.
* Sales Reporting and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, prospects, and closed deals, and provide regular reports on progress.
* Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., delivery, marketing) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
* Demonstrable track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Percentage of Per-Client Billing: You will earn a competitive percentage of the revenue generated from the clients you successfully bring on board. Specific details regarding the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
